SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
To keep your boiler running smoothly, extend its lifespan and ensure that you continue to receive RHI payments we would recommend that you sign up to a service plan with CH Biomass.
We advise that all plants are serviced a minimum of once per year. If you have a boiler that operates for more than 2000 hours per year then it may be necessary to service it more frequently. This will result in your system is running as efficiently as possible.
What do we do when we service your a biomass boiler?
We will check all plant room equipment including a comprehensive inspection of:
• fuel feed systems
• boiler combustion settings
• Valve integrity
• Water quality and Ph
• Safety circuits and devices
• Flue cleaning
• Hydronic system balancing
• Service of LPG back up boilers
Any minor preventative maintenance, such as greasing bearings and resealing, will be carried out during the service where necessary. All recommendations and immediate actions will be documented in the final service report. Additional plant room maintenance can also be carried out alongside the service – please contact us for a detailed quote.
Are there different servicing plans avaliable?
Our specialist engineers are equipped to carry out full plant room maintenance, in addition to servicing all of the leading brands of biomass boilers.
Whether you are looking for an annual service plan for a smaller 50kW system or full support with remote monitoring for a large 5MW district we can provide a bespoke plan to suit your requirements.
